So, you want to know where we're registered, huh? We're sure you're just dying to lay some cold hard cash down for our gifts, right? ... Right? Well, we did succumb to the materialistic tradition of registering for wedding presents. Vinod wanted to register at E-Trade, but Mala said that it was bad form to register for shares of Google (GOOG), so we registered at Macy's. It was actually kinda fun roaming their giant store in Midtown Manhattan with the laser-pricing gun.
But we'd both like to emphasize that the greatest gift that we could ask for is to have the support of our friends and family as we start our lives together. We don't need any gifts. Really. We both feel quite lucky as it is. (Vinod: I'm not quite sure why Mala keeps saying she's lucky, but she does, so there.)
